Established in Arezzo Italy in 1926, UnoAerre is one of the pioneers in the Jewelry Manufacturing Industry. In 1934 they received the first official hallmark from the government for gold manufacturing in Arezzo. The trade name 1AR comes from this historical fact (First [1] in Arezzo [AR]).

In the years that followed, succeeding generations of goldsmiths, technicians, designers and artists have developed the company into one that is unique in the industry and the world. Being a leader in innovation, in 2007, UnoAerre decided to challenge themselves in making a brand of fashion jewelry that had the essence of gold. With the price of gold climbing higher and higher, it had become cost prohibitive for most lovers of jewelry to afford gold fashion.  Using a precious alloy of metals and their signature Italian gold plating processes, UnoAerre was able to recreate many of their iconic necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.

Each item is free of lead, nickel, and cadmium. Each item is certified to be 18KT Gold Electroplated. The gold will not fade or tarnish. The collection is adorned with classic and Italian fashion showpieces. Many items also include semiprecious stones.
